It takes about 30 seconds to Transcribe your text after it has been Received. If your app is stuck in Transcribing, you’ll need to reset your Nuwa Pen and App. To do so, you’ll need to follow these steps:

1. Close the app (or force close on Android)

2. Place your Nuwa Pen in the case.

3. Grab a paperclip, SIM card removal tool, pin, or toothpick and insert it on the right side of the case.

4. Hold the paperclip, SIM card removal tool, pin, or toothpick in the case for 10 seconds.

5. The Nuwa Pen will reset, and turn on after 10 seconds.

6. Re-open the app.

7. You can starting writing again, and it should receive and transcribe normally.
