It takes about ±2 minutes to receive about 30 words of text. After Receiving, the app will show Transcribing. If you notice it takes longer to receive, or the app doesn’t show Transcribing, then the app may be stuck.

At this point, you’ll need to reset your Nuwa Pen and App. To do so, you’ll need to follow these steps:

1. Close the app (or force close on Android)

2. Place your Nuwa Pen in the case.

3. Grab a paperclip, SIM card removal tool, pin, or toothpick and insert it on the right side of the case.

4. Hold the paperclip, SIM card removal tool, pin, or toothpick in the case for 10 seconds.

5. The Nuwa Pen will reset, and turn on after 10 seconds.

6. Re-open the app.

7. You can starting writing again, and it should receive.
