To request a repair or replacement under warranty, follow these steps:
Check if your Nuwa Pen is eligible
Your Nuwa Pen must be within the two-year warranty period.
The issue must be covered under warranty (e.g., manufacturing defects, faulty battery, charging issues). Read more here.
Gather your details
Your order number
The serial number of your Nuwa Pen
A description of the issue, including any troubleshooting steps you’ve tried
If possible, photos or videos (Loom, Google Drive) showing the problem
Contact Customer Support
Email team@nuwapen.com with the above details.
Our team will assess the issue and provide next steps, which may include additional troubleshooting.
Send in your Nuwa Pen (if required)
If a repair or replacement is needed, we’ll provide shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless local consumer laws state otherwise.
Receive your repaired or replacement device
Once received, we will inspect the device and either repair or replace it.
If a replacement is issued, you’ll receive a like-new device of the same model.
