How do I request a repair or replacement?

To request a repair or replacement under warranty, follow these steps:

  1. Check if your Nuwa Pen is eligible

    • Your Nuwa Pen must be within the two-year warranty period.

    • The issue must be covered under warranty (e.g., manufacturing defects, faulty battery, charging issues). Read more here.

  2. Gather your details

    • Your order number

    • The serial number of your Nuwa Pen

    • A description of the issue, including any troubleshooting steps you’ve tried

    • If possible, photos or videos (Loom, Google Drive) showing the problem

  3. Contact Customer Support

    • Email team@nuwapen.com with the above details.

    • Our team will assess the issue and provide next steps, which may include additional troubleshooting.

  4. Send in your Nuwa Pen (if required)

    • If a repair or replacement is needed, we’ll provide shipping instructions.

    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless local consumer laws state otherwise.

  5. Receive your repaired or replacement device

    • Once received, we will inspect the device and either repair or replace it.

    • If a replacement is issued, you’ll receive a like-new device of the same model.
