What does the Nuwa Pen warranty cover?

The Nuwa Pen Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two years from the shipment date. If your Nuwa Pen or its accessories develop a manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

What is covered?

✔ Manufacturing defects in the Nuwa Pen or Charging Case

✔ Battery issues not caused by normal wear and tear

✔ Defective components, such as internal sensors or charging connectors

What is not covered?

✘ Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)

✘ Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs

✘ Liquid damage (Nuwa Pen is not waterproof)

✘ Lost or stolen devices

If you believe your Nuwa Pen has a defect covered under warranty, contact us at team@nuwapen.com with your order number and serial number to start a warranty claim. Depending on the issue, we may provide troubleshooting steps before processing a replacement or repair.

This warranty follows EU consumer protection laws, meaning additional rights may apply depending on your country.
