• Your order number

• The serial number of your Nuwa Pen

Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase and the product must be in its original packaging and good condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your full refund (excluding shipping costs). Final sale items are not eligible for returns and will be clearly marked on the product page.
