How do I delink my Nuwa Pen before returning?

If you already linked Nuwa Pen with your account but would like to return the Pen, delinking the Nuwa Pen prior to returning will speed up the refund process. Here's how to do it:

  1. Connect the Nuwa Pen to your Nuwa+ app.

  2. Under ‘My devices’, click on the Pen you plan to return:

  3. In the upper right corner, click the delink icon:

  4. Click on ‘Delink pen’:
