To check if your Nuwa Pen is still under warranty, follow these steps:

  1. Check your shipment date

    • The Nuwa Pen warranty lasts for two years from the shipment date (not the purchase date).

    • If your pen was shipped within the last 24 months, it is still covered.

  2. Find your order details

    • Look for your shipping confirmation email or check your order history on our website.

  3. Check your serial number

    • The serial number is located on your Nuwa Pen and can also be found in the Nuwa Pen app under settings. Read more here.

  4. Contact Customer Support

    • If you’re unsure, email team@nuwapen.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Your Nuwa Pen serial number

    • Our team will verify your warranty status and let you know if your device is eligible for repair or replacement.
