How do I delete my account?

To delete your Nuwa Pen account, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Nuwa Pen app.

  2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner.

  3. Select “Account Settings”.

  4. Scroll down and tap “Delete Account”.

  5. Confirm your choice to permanently delete your account.

Note: This action is irreversible, and all your data will be lost. If you’d like more information about backing up your account, please contact team@nuwapen.com.
